Related to #22 but with downranking or hiding bad results.
There are many lists online of malicious websites that sometimes unfortunately are still active in search providers even in the long term. I noticed this as a kagi user as well https://kagifeedback.org/d/7555-report-phising-malicious-domains-here/ shows many such domains.
