There are various lists, I don't know which ones are the best / reputable. But it seems like the active links and domains lists here
https://github.com/Phishing-Database/Phishing.Database
are a good start.
I don't think you should block the results by default (although there probably should be an option to do that. So you can have a grandparents-safe mode)
